Who is the controller of your data?
We inform you that any personal data you provide through this website will be processed by RJ Digital Hub SLU as the data controller. What data do we collect?
In compliance with the requirements of Law 29/2021, of 28 October, qualified on the protection of personal data (hereinafter, "LQPD"), and the regulations developing it, we inform you that the following data is collected on this website:
- Contact data you provide through the form: name, email address and the content of your message.
- Browsing data collected through cookies and analytics tools (Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager): pages visited, duration, device and traffic source.
We do not collect sensitive data through the website.

For what purpose do we process your data?
Undercoverlab may process your personal data for the purposes described below, provided you consent, in part or in full:

How long do we keep your data?
Undercoverlab will keep your personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes described above. If there is legislation requiring us to retain it, we will keep it for that additional period, but blocked and processed only to ensure its retention. Once these periods have elapsed, the data will be deleted.

What rights do you have?
